With every step of the build process, we focus on how best to meet and exceed our client’s expectations. There are thousands of decisions involved in designing and building a home. Squibb Estates is responsible for taking those decisions and presenting them to you in a way that makes sense. Our services to all clientele include:
Preliminary Planning – This stage requires several initial meetings, phone calls, and email conversations with our clientele to adequately discuss the scope of the project and to review the architectural plans in order to get the best understanding of the Build or Renovation. While it is important that Squibb Estates sets expectations with our clients for how the project will run, we also find it important that our clients explain to us their expectations of what the process means to them.
Budget and Schedule – Squibb Estates takes three things very seriously: Time, Budget and Quality. To that point, we spend quite a bit of time forming a thorough budget and timeline, taking into account the schedules of our top tradespeople and the current pricing of materials in this ever-changing market. Squibb Estates will present the budget and timeline to our clients for final approval before construction begins. And throughout the duration of the project we use many tools, including an online scheduling system, to keep track of the timing and budgeting to make sure we stay on track.
Project Management and Build – Squibb Estates will assign a Construction Supervisor to every project, big or small. We find having personnel onsite leads to better management of the subcontractors, proper communication to our clients and regular updates to all parties involved. We are dedicated to building your home on time and on budget, using the highest quality materials and offering open communication at every step of the way.
