Squibb Estates can manage your custom residential project, as a Class B licensed contractor, from start to finish, with continuing input from you on design and finishes. We work with top tradespeople, from architects to contractors to landscapers. Our objective is for you to get the best quality for the best price.
Our flat fee structure enables our clients cost interests to be aligned with our charges. Rather than charge a percentage of cost construction, which offers little motivation for us to keep the costs down, we offer a flat fee. This ensures that we are working hardest for our client to stay under budget and on-time.
We understand that every Squibb Estates home is unique and we therefore bring the same communication, attention to detail and dedication no matter the scope of the project. Not only do our construction supervisors oversee all aspects of the build from foundation to final clean, but the office staff is equally involved behind the scenes with communicated openly and honestly about the build process and the decisions needed to build.
